Seared salmon with veggies and Truffle Soy Sauce

Ingredients

80 g - salmon fillet
20 g - spinach
1/2 - cucumber
1/2 - tomato
30 ml - Truffle soy sauce
5 ml - Black Infusion – Extra virgin olive oil & black truffle

Instructions

Preheat a pan with a little oil and cook the salmon, searing both sides. Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into cubes and boil some water. As soon as the water boils, blanch the spinach and put them in ice water. In a small bowl mix the soy sauce and truffle oil, serve the salmon and vegetables and pour the sauce on top to garnish and flavor the dish. Enjoy your meal!
